
Instructions for Spicy and Sour Potato Strips
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and then the potato strips. Cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and chili flakes (if using). Pour over the potatoes in the pan and stir to combine.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce has thickened slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite dishes!
