
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Brush the fish with oil and season with salt, pepper and other spices of your choice.
3. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favourite sides such as potatoes or vegetables!
